Power Equipment is the nature of a variety of potential energy to be converted, conduction and adjust equipment. Namely the production process, it can potential nature into mechanical energy, and then converts mechanical energy into electrical energy, and electrical energy into mechanical energy system. For example, thermal power generation, the potential of the first fuel into heat energy, heat energy into mechanical energy and then, and then the mechanical energy into electrical energy, and finally, through the wire to the electrical energy to the consumer.


Power equipment in the power system by the different sectors in which is divided into the following categories:

1. Power generating equipment. Such as steam boilers, steam engines, camel pot, steam turbines, gasoline engines, diesel engines, generators and so on.

2. Power transmission and distribution equipment. Such as transformers, distribution panels, rectifiers.

3. Power consumption devices. Such as motors, electric, cell, picks, welding, electrical equipment.
