Yesterday,  the CPC Central Committee and State Council released the "Chamber of  Commerce and Industry Association executive decoupling overall program."  It proposed to actively and steadily push forward trade associations and chambers of commerce executive decoupling. Program requirements, decoupling the pilot began the second half of  2015 the first pilot, sum up the experience in 2016, to expand the  pilot, the pilot on a larger scale in 2017, improving by pilot fully  open after the appropriate institutional mechanisms.
